At Montero Milan, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Items must include all original tags and packaging
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@monteromilan.com. Do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return locations vary depending on your region. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the correct return address and shipping instructions for your location.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or item, the fastest way is to:
- Return the original item as above
- Place a new order for the preferred item after the return is accepted
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
- Personalized or custom items
- Beauty or personal care items
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
- Gift cards and final sale items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@monteromilan.com with photos or relevant details so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Missing or Undelivered Packages
If your package has not arrived after the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us. If the courier confirms non-delivery, we will reship your item or issue a full refund.
Note: We are not responsible for items marked as delivered but subsequently lost or taken from your premises.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified of the approval status. If approved:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at support@monteromilan.com.
